During this kitesurfing tournament.

It may have just been an instrumental used, but I reckon the song doesn't have many lyrics, if any at all.

There were a few different pieces of music starting from around 11:30 through to about 20:30.

I only recognised the second one but I don't think that's what you wanted (it was the instrumental from Ollie Murs' single). I presume you mean the piece played at 15:40 (where you actually briefly see a DJ). Maybe someone will see this and be able to go straight to it and name it for you.
